Champy`s in Daphne

I have always loved this place. The food is the best, especially the chicken tender basket with fries. Even the sweet tea is great, taste just like homemade sweet tea. I would give a 5 star review but a few weeks ago, I found out that after my visit my card was charged an extra $7.45 even tho I left a cash tip; however, when I called about the extra charge they did offer to give me the money back or a gift certificate for the amount. Unfortunately, I was unable to drive back down there since I live in Bay Minette.

The fried chicken was good but nothing unique about flavor to draw me back for that. The fries were soggy but we did get our food to go so not sure if different if sat and ate there. Also had the tamales and they were excellent! Will come back for those for sure!!

I didn't have the chicken, but have had it before and it was tasty. I had the tamales and they are awesome! I make my own hot tamales out of an old family recipe, but I have to say these are great!!

My favorite place on the Eastern Shore for fried chicken. Their grilled tenders in buffalo sauce are nothing to sneeze at, either. Green beans, potato salad and baked beans are all excellent sides. The only complaint I have is that their sweet tea is terrible. I always have to get a soda. But otherwise, it's a great little chicken shop and one I wish I could get to more often.

Super crispy greasy fried chicken. Tastes like it was made at home!

Good food & service! This place is always a great choice if you are in the area.

The chicken was real good and all the sides we had from the mac and cheese to the mash potatoes and gray and the baked beans where great.

The smoked sausage appetizer was crazy delicious, and the fried chicken salad was, too! Ther decor and blues made for a pleasant evening with my wife.

The food and service was great. Food came out quick and was delicious. Huge, juicy chicken tenders. The sauces are very good as well. You HAVE to get the mac and cheese so so good. People have told me about this place glad I tried it.
